different medical specialtiesMust be able to support images in current

| User interface requirements |
The
User Interface must be such that the document can be filled up by user
who has paramedic background, in minimum time required to fulfill the
task and with minimal training |
| Database requirements |
Store
both Images and text under one key. Be able to retrieve the entire
record of the patient with one key or reference Must be completely
secure. Access only for patient or attending doctor. |
